How To Know If You Have An Ant Infestation

  • Constant sightings of trailing ants, especially if you have been making an effort not to leave food out.
  • Food tasting bitter. This is a gross one, but if your food is starting to taste bitter it could be because of ants getting in your food
  • Ants coming from moist areas. Some examples would be under sinks, near faucets and between tiles in the kitchen or bathroom
  • Ants in your cupboards, cabinets and drawers

Ant Control Options

Standard Spray Ant Treatment

All ant spray treatments are equipped with a 30-day guarantee. During these treatments, we typically treat both the inside and outside of the infested structure. However, sometimes a simple outside-only spray will be enough to knock out the infestation at a lower cost. If the inside is treated, occupants will need to remain out of the structure for 4 hours after the treatment is completed to allow the product time to dry. This treatment will also have a significant effect on any spiders, earwigs, water bugs, and most other general creepy crawlies. It will not control bed bugs, termites, fleas or german cockroaches.

Ant Baiting Service

This is the best option for residents who are not able to leave their home for the 4 hour period or for busy office spaces. This treatment consists of using small applications of a gel-like substance that acts as a lethal bait for ants. Oftentimes 2 or 3 trips need to be made to reapply the bait to ensure the most effective treatment.

Pricing

Pricing for ant treatments can vary based on structure size and whether the treatment is inside/outside or outside only. Prices range anywhere from $125 - $175, we can provide an exact quote over the phone at: 818-898-4898
